Our account managers serve as the go‑to contact for our customers, embodying our purpose to make construction better by being their partner for productivity, safety, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain long‑term, profitable relationships with customers.
Manage daily time and territory to optimize client potential and sales productivity.
Serve as a Hilti Champion, presenting product solutions and representing the Hilti brand.
Track progress and record interactions in Salesforce; reporting is key to the role.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of three years outside sales experience, preferably with set targets.
Hands‑on attitude—demonstrate tools, use Salesforce, collaborate with multiple departments.
Valid driver’s license; company car provided.
Excellent time‑management and territory‑management skills.
Physical ability to walk on construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 lbs.
Flexible and varied schedule.
