What You’ll Do Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Sales Team
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales team members
Set clear expectations and coach your team to success
Run energetic team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check‑ins
Build a positive, competitive, goal‑driven branch culture
Drive Branch Sales & Growth
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Arlington market
Identify new business opportunities through market trends and client needs
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to keep the team on track
Partner closely with operations and recruiting to deliver an exceptional client experience
Strengthen client relationships and expand our footprint in the DFW business community
What You Bring
3–5+ years of sales leadership experience (staffing industry preferred)
Proven success meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and energize a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Data‑driven mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities
Preferred
Staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Existing relationships within the Arlington/DFW market
Compensation $35,000 – $75,000 per year
(Compensation based on experience and performance)
