Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a District Sales Manager. The District Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within assigned territories, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Core responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction. This role also involves analyzing market trends and crafting strategies to enhance regional growth and performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business growth initiatives

Knowledge of industrial automation, gearmotor and drive system solutions, or similar industries is strongly preferred

Strong skills in negotiation, market analysis, and account management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and demonstrate solutions to diverse audiences

Ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams

Analytical thinking, results‑driven mentality, and organizational skills for managing multiple accounts

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
