Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID for an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for managing accounts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Experience in account management, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and client retention strategies.
Skills in sales, business development, and meeting revenue objectives.
Proven ability to identify customer needs, deliver solutions, and exceed client expectations.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team-driven environment.
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
