We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building strong relationships within the community. We offer a generous commission plan.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients’ insurance requirements.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing effectively to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Focus on the senior market to evaluate and meet their insurance needs.
NO cold calling, NO prospecting; all lead‑based sales.
Qualifications
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred.
3‑5 years of inside or outside sales experience.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Hands‑on training and six‑figure mentorship opportunities.
