Job Overview We’re looking for a VIP Account Manager, who will be responsible for directly attracting, retaining, and engaging high‑value players within our online gaming platform. You will be focused on providing personalized experiences, exceptional customer service, and tailored incentives to VIP players, with the goal of driving revenue growth and enhancing player loyalty.

Responsibilities

Prospect, engage with, and onboard new potential VIP‑level players.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new potential VIPs through digital and in‑person networking.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective execution of department initiatives.

Curate and maintain strong relationships with high‑value prospects, showcasing the company’s value proposition and tailored solutions.

Assist in establishing new, creative acquisition initiatives.

Mentor and help train less‑senior members of the team.

Qualifications

3‑5 years of exceeding quotas in a closer role.

Experience within the gaming, sports, and entertainment industries strongly preferred.

Must be able to pivot on demand and have creative problem‑solving skills in unique situations.

Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to catch prospects’ attention with cold outreach.

Strong understanding of the gaming industry and VIP objectives strongly preferred.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate.

Existing relationships with potential VIP clients is a plus.

Someone who is excited about building a team from the ground‑up.

Other considerations

Regular travel is necessary, requiring routine time away from home.

Entertainment and attendance at sporting/hosting events also require “out of hours” commitment.

Communicating with customers evenings, weekends, and holidays is often necessary and required.
