Bilingual Wireless Retail Store Manager Full-time

Compensation Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Managers for Spiked Wireless can make $18-$24 an hour with base pay and bonuses earned on all store sales. Full-Time employees also receive additional benefits.

We are looking for someone who can successfully lead, coach, and motivate our retail location team members. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will represent the Metro brand and ensure the best customer experience by developing your team’s skills and knowledge while holding team members accountable to our core mission and values. In this role, you will work with your team to meet both your personal and company goals!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of a Metro by T-Mobile retail location

Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements

Achieve personal sales goals and service performance requirements

Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers

Maintain adequate inventory levels and control inventory shrink

Control cash shrink

Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, and prices and conducts physical inventories

Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Advocates

Coach your employees as necessary and in conformance with Company policies and procedures

Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge

Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and take appropriate actions to quickly close performance gaps

Maintain training requirements for yourself and your team

Conduct monthly performance reviews with your team members

Resolve customer issues

Assure that store operates in full compliance with Metro by T-Mobile and Company requirements for merchandising and other requirements

Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services

Ensure an extraordinary customer experience

Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis

Work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

Qualifications

Professionalism – be confident in what you're selling by utilizing all the tools provided to continually improve your knowledge of the products we offer and our phone features.

Integrity – be dependable and show up on time every day, don't bring personal problems to work, and help to maintain a clean, organized store.

Requirements

Prior work experience: 3+ years of sales management (preferably in wireless retail), team development, training, and proof of improving sales in a retail environment (preferred)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to submit a Background Check.

Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude.

The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates.

Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly

Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Be coachable and willing to coach others

Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check.

Must be able to work nights and weekends

Speak Spanish and English fluently.
