Role Overview We are seeking an onsite National Service Sales Account Manager (NASM) for our Customer Solutions Center in Mankato, MN. The NASM will cultivate new and existing relationships to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives, generate qualified leads, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs to establish productive and professional relationships with key clients. The position will manage existing accounts and drive growth in service revenue and profitability within the assigned accounts, focusing on generating negotiated account revenue and positioning Tecta America as the industry leader.

Job Functions

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at prospective client organizations.

Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Schedule and lead impactful sales presentations, acting as a trusted advisor to identify client needs and recommend solutions.

Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts; ensure timely follow‑up and documentation.

Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Track and report sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes.

Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies and assist in closing deals.

Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand product knowledge.

Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction to foster long‑term relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Previous construction sales experience preferred (2+ years).

Demonstrated success in sales with a strong record of achievement and proven ability to deliver results.

Skilled in negotiation techniques across various sales situations.

Ability to manage and qualify leads and close business through direct contact or over the phone.

Knowledge of or experience in roofing, construction, or a related field.

Excellent track record in building relationships with integrity and trust.

Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with CRM or other sales tracking systems.

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Construction, Marketing, or Management preferred; equivalent combination of education, experience, and training accepted. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Ability to work in field environments with exposure to heights, noise, and varying temperatures.

Ability to climb ladders and walk/inspect roofs.

Proven track record of client retention.

Professional sales training methodology preferred.

This position starts at $65,000 annually, with potential for a higher starting salary based on previous experience.
