We’re partnered with a fast-scaling, Florida-based fiber provider that’s expanding aggressively across Central Florida. This is an opportunity for an experienced MDU sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential territory and drive meaningful revenue growth in a market that’s actively being built out. You’ll be joining early, with real autonomy, strong backing, and uncapped upside as the footprint expands. Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with MDU property owners, managers, developers, and HOAs Drive property-level penetration and revenue growth across assigned territory Prospect, qualify, and close new MDU opportunities end-to-end Coordinate with construction, engineering, and operations teams to support deployments Negotiate commercial terms and oversee contract execution Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience within the MDU, managed Wi‑Fi, telecom, or cable space Experience selling to property ownership, management companies, or developers Proven track record securing building agreements and long‑cycle property deals Knowledge of the Central Florida / Orlando MDU market If you're interested in this position, please apply with your updated resume!
