We are seeking a highly

Technical Sales Specialist

to join our team, focusing on

Artificial Intelligence

and

Generative AI solutions . This position involves pre‑sales support, client engagement, and ensuring successful project initiation. Ideal candidates will have experience in both technical sales and technical consulting within service‑oriented companies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn rapidly.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team in qualifying opportunities and engaging with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.

Lead discovery, map business pains to AI solutions, and define value hypotheses.

Recommend technological solutions and define architectures tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with technical teams to estimate resources and ensure feasibility.

Oversee the kickoff of projects you've helped sell to ensure proper handoff and successful execution.

Facilitate executive value workshops: align business outcomes to AI initiatives, define success criteria, prioritize use cases, and build a 90‑day execution plan.

Stay current on AI industry trends, vendor roadmaps, and reference architectures.

Proactively translate new capabilities into sales plays and customer value narratives.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in technical pre‑sales or solution architecture roles, preferably in service‑oriented companies.

Advanced technical expertise in AI, with a deep understanding of AI model use cases and when to apply them.

Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, and best practices for automated infrastructure deployment and monitoring.

Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), with in‑depth knowledge of at least one and working familiarity with others.

Experience leading assessments, executive workshops, and PoCs/PoVs with clear success criteria.

Experience writing proposals and defending technical solutions to both IT and business stakeholders.

Versatility in related technical domains such as data engineering (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric) and software development to support pre‑sales efforts.

Fluent in English and Spanish, with no doubts about communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
