Location & Work Setup This role is remote within the United States and requires the candidate to be located in the Eastern Time Zone (NY, NJ, MA, PA, VA, NC, GA, FL, and other approved states).

Role Overview Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Enterprise Sales team. The SDR initiates sales cycles by identifying and engaging federal agency prospects, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for the senior sales team. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, inbound lead nurturing, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

What You Will Be Doing

Remote work in the US, within the Eastern Time Zone.

Outbound prospecting into a defined region to identify key players and initiate the sales cycle.

Identify new sales opportunities and set appointments for the enterprise sales team.

Nurture marketing‑generated inbound leads, developing them into qualified sales opportunities.

Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches.

Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.

What You Bring

Ambitious self‑starter with relationship‑selling skills and the ability to multitask.

Minimum one year of prospecting into enterprise SaaS companies.

Understanding of federal agency procurement processes.

Knowledge of the IGA market and Saviynt’s solutions.

Confidence in engaging new prospects over the phone.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Self‑driven and determined, with well‑developed interpersonal, decision‑making, and organizational skills.

Experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement/engagement tools.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Security & Privacy Requirements

Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.

Review, understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures, including:

Incident Response Policy/Procedures

Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures

Salary is typically not at the top of the range for this role; final compensation depends on factors such as location, skill set, experience, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000‑$70,000 base salary annually plus commission (estimated on‑target earnings of $105,000).
