Sales Manager !
About the Role: As a
Sales Manager , you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving performance and revenue while managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You'll combine your leadership experience and commercial drive to build a high-performing team and deliver results in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a Nordic-speaking sales team
Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, HR) to support business growth
Ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance within the team
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in a Nordic language and good command of English
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
Willingness to work hybrid in Málaga
