About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Account Manager
to join our sales team. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates with a background in
Business, Marketing, Management, or HR
who are eager to develop a career in account management and sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage accounts, and support the sales process while gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Support senior account managers in managing multiple accounts and projects.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Analyze data using
Excel, Pivot Tables, and Excel Automation
to provide insights for client strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and contribute to sales targets.
Attend client meetings and effectively communicate solutions to decision‑makers.
Qualifications
Recent graduate with a
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing, Management, or HR from recognized universities such as Butler University, Purdue University, Indiana University, University of Indianapolis (IUPUI), Marian University, or Anderson University.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with
Excel, Pivot Tables, and automation tools .
Competitive, quick learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes
Active in
athletics
or extracurricular activities (demonstrates teamwork, discipline, and competitiveness).
