Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager position based in Fallbrook, CA. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, developing relationships with potential and existing members, and supporting business operations. Key daily tasks include managing sales processes, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving membership targets, and maintaining a clean and engaging club environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to uphold the company's high standards and values. Weekend availability is mandatory for this position.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sales and lead generation, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
Team collaboration and leadership skills to motivate staff and ensure operational success
Proficient in problem-solving, decision‑making, and organizational skills
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
Previous experience in a fitness or sales‑related field is advantageous
Basic knowledge of health and fitness industry trends is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
