Position Compliance Advisor
Type Contract
Compensation $40–$80/hour
Commitment 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review and assess AI-generated outputs related to AML compliance and regulatory reporting.
Evaluate consistency across KYC, transaction data, and regulatory standards.
Provide structured feedback on AI performance in identifying and articulating suspicious activity.
Support the creation of workflows that mirror real-world compliance review and escalation processes.
Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model interpretation of regulatory risk indicators.
Qualifications Must-Have
3+ years of experience in AML, financial compliance, or regulatory risk management.
Strong familiarity with SAR processes, typology frameworks, and internal controls.
Experience interpreting transaction patterns and customer profiles in compliance settings.
Preferred
Professional certification (e.g., CAMS) or relevant financial compliance background.
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured compliance documentation.
