Office based, commutable from Avonmouth, Bristol, Stoke Gifford, Filton and surrounding areas

Are you Customer Service minded with a passion for IT, Technology or similar looking to join a reputable and industry recognised specialist within the Logistics and IT space where you will be heavily invested in and given great career opportunities?

This is a great opportunity where you will act as the first line of support for customers queries and technical help, you will be heavily invested in whilst working as part of a small close‑knit team with great career prospects.

This company has around 30 employees and throughout 2020 has grown from strength to strength, known to provide a high quality technical service they are a great company to get on board with.

This role will suit a Customer Service focussed person that has a savvy Technology or IT background.

The Role:

Office based providing customer service and act as the front line support

Receive lots of training both hands on and customer support focused

Working as part of a technical close‑knit support team

The Person:

IT or Technology savvy

Looking for an office based long term role with future training and career progression
