Join our team and be part of one of the region’s largest family‑owned Dealership Groups—PSD Auto Group, which operates nine stores on Long Island alone, including multiple Volkswagen, Nissan, and Volvo franchises.
Responsibilities
Communicating with customers and fellow employees in a professional and thorough manner
Maintaining excellent CSI scores
Multi‑tasking effectively during service appointments
Upselling service and parts to meet customer needs
Using Reynolds Ignite software (experience is a plus)
Qualifications
