Commercial Business Development Representative
Location: Southern California and surrounding areas.
Type: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive salary + Uncapped Commission Plan
Who We Are SentriForce is a 20-year-old company, based in Houston, Texas that provides monitored and managed video surveillance services on a lease or rental basis. SentriForce has locations across the United States and is expanding into the Western United States. We own and operate a dedicated monitoring center, allowing us to deliver industry-leading video surveillance security solutions to retail and commercial properties, with a focus on exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute commercial sales strategies to drive sales growth within Southern California and surrounding areas.
Identify and cultivate new retail, property management and commercial accounts.
Serve as initial and primary liaison for customers during the sales and installation process.
Provide consultative guidance on the SentriForce video surveillance solutions.
Partner effectively with our internal Project Management and Operations teams.
What You Must Bring
3–5 years property management or commercial vendor-side sales experience (B2B) OR 3-5 years’ experience working for a commercial/retail property management company in the leasing or property management.
Strong communication and account-based selling skills.
Ability to operate in a Hybrid/Remote capacity, requiring travel within your assigned territory.
Must reside within Southern California or surrounding area.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary + Uncapped Commission OTE from $125K to $150K.
Benefits include 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, paid training, and flexible schedule.
Commission pay: Based upon a per unit sold and installed basis, paid monthly.
Auto allowance/mileage Reimbursement.
