Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Planner/Buyer located in Caguas, Puerto Rico. The Planner/Buyer will oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of inventory and materials. The role will include forecasting demand, maintaining optimal inventory levels, negotiating contracts with vendors, and coordinating with internal departments to meet production schedules effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in procurement, supplier management, and inventory control.
Strong analytical skills for forecasting and demand planning.
Experience with vendor negotiation and contract management.
Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience within the medical devices or healthcare manufacturing industry is a plus.
Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
