About the Job
This position identifies and qualifies potential investment opportunities through research and direct outreach and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on deal experience, have meaningful responsibility, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Work with business executives to further develop their acquisition strategies and build marketing campaigns and materials to boost BroadStreet’s awareness and attract new partners.
Research, network, identify and directly contact potential prospects.
Communicate with prospects utilizing various tools including email, phone, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, and direct mail.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partner with them during the implementation process.
Track and report on personal sales performance, pipeline progress, and other key metrics.
Participate in project work related to marketing, prospecting and M&A best practices.
Work on various projects as needed to support the growth of our Core partners and BroadStreet.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Strong interpersonal skills: communication, relationship building, and problem solving.
Must be a self‑starter, driven, demonstrate initiative, and work well with limited supervision.
Quick learner and able to grasp complicated financial and business concepts.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Interest in private equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, business and finance.
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not required.
