About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical, business-focused Business Analyst to support our Go-To-Market function. Unlike customer-facing GTM roles, this position is primarily focused on insight generation, performance analysis, and strategic support. The ideal candidate brings a business or financial background, customer-centric mindset, is comfortable working with qualitative and quantitative data, and can synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional partners. This role requires strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of GTM strategy related to product launches, releases, and enhancements

Gather, track, and analyze key GTM success metrics and KPIs related to product performance (e.g., usage, issues), sales impact (e.g., feedback, campaign effectiveness, financial outcomes), and customer satisfaction

Monitor trends and patterns over time to help inform GTM strategy and prioritization

Support the development and documentation of GTM processes, SOPs, and operational workflows

Help track GTM timelines and prepare KPI reporting and readouts for stakeholders

Conduct competitive and market analysis, including collecting and organizing voice-of-customer insights and sales/financial impacts of GTM initiatives

Support market awareness and adoption efforts, including preparing internal and customer-facing presentations as needed

Requirements

BA in Economics, Business, Finance or related field, MBA strongly preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and trends

Business-oriented mindset with a strong interest in understanding and solving commercial challenges

Ability to maintain a working knowledge of and collaborative with partner organizations (Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Pricing)

Comfort building and using dashboards, analyzing performance data, and presenting insights to leadership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 – $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
