1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
Experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field is a plus
