Location & Shift North Charleston, South Carolina – 4th shift, variable shift. This position is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities
Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
Provides objective evidence of results.
Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring.
Identifies and documents discrepancies.
Segregates and controls non-conforming items.
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification.
Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates corrective action requests.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
1+ years of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6‑8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with hand tools (calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, go‑no‑go gages)
1+ years of experience with REDARS, IVT (or similar system/tool)
1+ years of experience navigating CMES (or similar system)
1+ years of experience in quality assurance
Experience working with safety and quality processes and procedures
Conflict of Interest Successful candidates must satisfy Boeing’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.

Pay & Benefits Base pay range: $55,500 – $65,000. Additional variable compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
