We are rapidly expanding and building a national distribution platform, and we’re looking for a polished, driven professional to help us grow.
Role Overview The Sales Recruiter will play a key role in expanding our national footprint by identifying, engaging, and recruiting top‑tier agency partners to join the iscential Markets platform. This role is ideal for someone polished, articulate, and relationship‑driven – no prior insurance experience required. Training provided.
You will be the “front door” to the organization for new partners, responsible for sourcing and attracting agencies, scheduling discovery calls, and preparing candidates for the onboarding team. Once a partner commits, you’ll transition them to our Business Development Directors for activation and support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and proactively source prospective agency partners across Life, Annuity, Medicare, and P&C channels
Manage inbound interest from LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and referrals
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct initial outreach, discovery conversations, and qualification calls
Partnership Development
Understand our value proposition and clearly articulate why agencies should join the iscential Markets network
Gather required data and background prior to introduction to the Business Development Directors
Prepare and coordinate introductory meetings with leadership
Process & Performance
Track pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot)
Provide weekly reporting on sourcing activity and prospecting performance
Support recruiting campaigns, event follow-up, and marketing initiatives
Continuously improve messaging, outreach scripts, and recruiting funnels
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Highly polished communicator – confident, articulate, personable
Strong relationship‑building skills
Hungry, curious, self‑motivated personality
Comfortable with outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email, Social Media, networking)
Ability to work in a fast‑moving, growth‑focused environment
Insurance experience not required. We will train the right person.
