Responsibilities & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of scheduling or related experience
Expert navigation of Primavera P6 interface, menus, and shortcuts
Develop complex project schedules with task dependencies, constraints, and analysis
Manage and level resources to optimize utilization in P6
Customize layouts, views, reports, and implement custom fields/codes
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) and communicate performance metrics
Use advanced scheduling features (lags, leads, multiple calendars, what-if analysis)
Integrate risk elements, assess schedule risks, and develop contingency plans
Manage data exchange and integration with other PM tools/systems
Troubleshoot schedule issues and optimize performance for large projects
Create training materials and documentation; lead P6 training sessions
Perform critical path analysis, resource leveling, and schedule risk assessment
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior schedulers
Lead scheduling efforts, implement optimization strategies, and support risk mitigation on major projects
