Base pay range:

$35.00/hr - $50.00/hr

On Target earnings:

$100k-$140k/year based on performance

Responsibilities

Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

Year‑round work with flexible shift schedules; no on‑call or overnight work.

Use a fully stocked, take‑home company vehicle and gas card.

Professional uniform and cleaning service.

Participate in comprehensive training opportunities, including technical, sales, safety, leadership, and systems training.

Leverage national network support for professional growth and transfer opportunities.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of residential HVAC experience.

EPA certification.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pass background and drug screening.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Willingness to work in attics, crawl spaces, and lift heavy objects regularly.

Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends when necessary.
