S3 is aggressively hiring a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in Northeast Ohio and within our national division. The need for Skilled Trades across the country is at an all-time high and there has never been a better time to join this booming industry! Responsibilities
Use a variety of methods to reach commercial and industrial construction and manufacturing decision makers and schedule phone/face-to-face meetings Expand existing territory and help increase sales with active clients Determine contractor’s current and future manpower needs Utilize consultative sales techniques and make suggestions/recommendations to best meet the contractor’s goals and expectations Utilize proven sales cycle/methodology (Counselor Sales Process/CSP) to close business and secure CSA Serve as the client’s single point of contact, maintaining the customer relationship throughout the sales process and servicing of the account Engage with operations team to ensure that orders are filled and serviced Responsible for hitting or exceeding monthly sales goals in both Revenue and Profitability Tasked with meeting or surpassing monthly CSA goals Qualifications
High School Diploma 3+ years B2B/consultative sales experience with localization industry preferred Ideal experience of developing business in the financial services sector Consistent Achievement of Sales Targets: demonstrated a robust and sustained track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Experience navigating the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure Experience managing large and complex corporate deals Strong negotiation skills and ability to close large-scale deals with corporate clients Strategic lead generation and ability to prioritize high-value leads Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to meet goals Compensation
Base salary PLUS uncapped commissions $70k-$100k+ first year potential $100,000+ second year earning potential Monthly cell phone allowance Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance Paid time off/holidays Unlimited growth and advancement opportunities Annual sales trip for Top Performers Seniority level
