What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Monitor and complete all activities related to claim filing in compliance with statutory and regulatory guidelines
Ensure required milestones are met for servicing mortgage accounts and claims
Interact with various parties such as attorneys and insurers to facilitate claim filing
Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize risk exposure
Monitor vendor performance and follow up on outstanding requests from partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 4+ years of Default Liquidation Claim Experience
Experience with GSE and Government Claims
Familiarity with title submissions and requirements
Extreme attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict guidelines
Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with ICE technology: MSP and LoanSphere Claims
Proficiency in advanced computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
Strong coaching and leadership skills
