Position Summary Location: Topeka, KS – Onsite Department: Media Solutions
What You’ll Do
Support the Media Buying team with client onboarding and navigating the media buying process.
Provide exceptional customer service to Advisors Excel clients.
Conduct market research and explore nationwide media markets to identify effective ad and broadcast placements.
Collect, organize, and summarize research to inform buying decisions.
Experience You’ll Bring
Ability to track tasks with precision while meeting deadlines.
Comfort managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
Professional and articulate in both written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently, and also as a collaborative team member.
Bonus Points
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
