Role Overview We are seeking a full-time Nanny / Household Manager to support both childcare and day-to-day household management for our family with three boys. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple school schedules while keeping the home running smoothly. Children & School Schedule Preschool: Monday / Wednesday / Friday, 7:40–11:... AM Kindergarten: Monday–Friday, 7:40 AM–3:30 PM One child home during the day ⸻ Responsibilities Childcare & School Management • Manage morning routines, meals, and school preparation • School and preschool drop-offs and pick-ups • Full-day care for child at home (play, meals, naps, enrichment) • After-school care • Maintain daily routines, structure, and positive behavior Household Management • Dishes and kitchen reset throughout the day • Grocery shopping, pantry organization, and restocking • Toy, closet, and general home organization • Children’s and family laundry (wash, fold, put away) • Organize backpacks, lunches, and activity gear • Keep common areas tidy and functional ⸻ Qualifications • Experience with multiple children and household management • Strong organization and time-management skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work • Calm, proactive, and dependable • CPR/First Aid preferred ⸻ Sample Daily Schedule (Example) 7:00–8:00 AM Morning routine, breakfast, school prep, drop-offs 8:00–11:...
