We are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals with a guest service mentality to join our team. This position involves providing technical and administrative assistance to the Executive Chef to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen and food production outlets.
Responsibilities include checking staffing, uniforms, and daily production sheets, overseeing the production for various meals, ensuring the quality of sauces and products, and training associates on menu items. The Sous Chef is also responsible for the overall kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Chef, cost controls, menu planning, and coordination of food supply for banquets.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of management experience, preferably in a high volume fine dining steak house. The working environment involves exposure to humidity, steam, extreme temperatures, and hazardous cleaning chemicals.
