We're looking for a skilled Front-End Developer & UI/UX Designer to refine and polish the front end of an AI-powered CRM platform. The system is nearly completebackend and core features are builtbut it needs a strong creative and technical hand to elevate the design, enhance usability, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

About the Project

• Overview: A custom-built CRM that enables clients to interact with the system via WhatsApp, featuring AI-driven chatbot conversations, robust lead management, automated reporting, and more.
• Current Status: 99% functionally completethe back end is fully operational. The focus now is on improving the design, UX, and front-end polish.
• Tech Stack: Node.js, Python, and Vue.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the existing front-end and overall UX/UI to identify improvement areas.
• Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces for web use.
• Translate these designs directly into high-quality Vue.js code.
• Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate closely with the backend developers, participating in short daily check-in calls at the start and end of your workday to sync up on progress and blockers.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development using Vue.js.
• 2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design, ideally in CRM, SaaS, or dashboard-heavy applications.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to build and maintain reusable UI components.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Previous work on web applications involving AI or chatbot integrations.
• Familiarity with Node.js or Python environments.

• You're equally comfortable designing in Figma as you are implementing in Vue.js.
