Client Accelerators is hiring a Senior Creative Strategist to lead creative ideation and performance across our elite portfolio of founder-led clients. In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of creativity and performance, ensuring that we consistently beat projected CPAs and generate winners that scale.
You'll manage a team of videographers, designers, and copywritersowning the entire creative cycle from concept to launch. If you live for hitting KPIs, love mentoring top creative talent, and want to lead breakthrough campaigns, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership & Execution
- Own monthly projections for creative concepts and ensure 95%+ of forecasted concepts are fully ideated, scripted, and launched at or under the $175 target cost per concept
- Lead creative brainstorming to turn client insights into breakthrough ad ideas that convert.
- Performance Management
- Maintain a 20% win rate across all new creative concepts launched monthly (defined as beating or meeting target CPA)
- Ensure 50% of testing winners become winners at scale across high-budget campaigns.
- Team Management
- Lead a team of copywriters, videographers, and designersensuring 90% of team members hit their monthly KPIs (e.g., script win rate, asset volume, revision rate)
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide coaching, and escalate underperformance within 48 hours to the Creative Lead.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Report weekly performance metrics via Slack by 9:30 AM ET every Monday.
- Collaborate with media buyers and account managers to align creative strategy with client goals and performance data.
Results
This role is a blend of strategy, leadership and execution. You'll be accountable for driving campaign results by leading the creative process from research and ideation to testing and optimization.
- Maintain a 20% Win Rate on new creative concepts launched per month.
- Maintain a 95% first-draft approval rate.
- Ensure 90%+ Team Target Achievement Rate across direct reports.
- Ensure 95% of Projected Creative Output is achieved monthly, within budget.
- Ensure 50% of Testing Winners Scale Successfully to higher budget campaigns.
- Execute 80% of approved concepts within tight timelines (within 3 days of request).
- Identify winning creatives within 7 days of launch.
- Drive 15%+ improvement in performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA) through optimizations.
- Provide 3+ actionable insights per campaign analysis.
- Identify 5 key trends each quarter across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
