
Our client is a security services provider based in
NYC . They are seeking an
Account Manager
to join the team. This position is
fully on site
and requires travel to different sites across the five boroughs of NYC.
Who You Are
You have team management experience in the security services industry
Available to respond to urgent matters as they arise, including on weekends
Skilled in building strong relationships with both clients and frontline staff
An excellent communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations across multiple client locations throughout all five boroughs of New York City
Create and manage weekly schedules for a large team of security officers, ensuring full coverage at all times
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of security personnel
Provide coaching and guidance to team members while maintaining compliance with company policies
Collaborate with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
Contribute to the development and maintenance of site-specific post orders
Assist with performance management and disciplinary processes when necessary
What Success Looks Like
All client sites are consistently staffed with trained, professional officers
Scheduling is handled proactively, with minimal last-minute changes or coverage gaps
Strong rapport is built with both clients and team members, leading to high satisfaction and retention
Operational issues are addressed swiftly and effectively, even on weekends or after hours
Compliance with internal policies and client requirements is maintained across all locations
Salary Range:
$65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
