Position Summary… Walmart is seeking a Manager, Digital Media – Creator Marketing to support the day‑to‑day community management and execution of the Walmart Creator program. This role includes support of creator acquisition, community support, and execution of marketing campaigns & experiential events – ensuring initiatives are executed efficiently, consistently, and at scale.
As a primary point of contact for creators, this role supports onboarding and activation, manages daily creator communications, and coordinates campaign and IRL event execution in alignment with established plans and senior leadership direction. We are looking for a highly resourceful, data‑driven self‑starter with the ability to independently drive execution while partnering effectively across teams.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Creative, PR, Legal, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and aligned program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Execute day‑to‑day creator program operations in support of acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and campaign delivery.
- Provide responsive, high‑quality creator support as part of the Walmart Creator experience.
- Represent Walmart professionally in all creator‑facing communication, ensuring clarity, empathy, and brand alignment.
- Execute campaign and event plans in partnership with cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned, on‑time delivery.
- Ensure accurate tracking of creator activity, deliverables, and performance data.
- Surface operational gaps and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Creator Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, Affiliate Marketing, or Digital Media.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines, campaigns, and creator relationships simultaneously.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in fast‑moving, ambiguous campaign environments.
- Resourceful, proactive self‑starter comfortable taking initiative in fast‑paced environments.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly in creator‑facing contexts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support senior leaders.
- Interest in creators, social commerce, and execution excellence.
