Job Description

Uses knowledge of current graphic design software to conceptualize and develop high‑quality, creative and professional‑looking real‑estate marketing materials. You will lead the design and production of high‑visibility real‑estate marketing materials including offering memoranda, pitch decks, stacking/site/floor plans, maps/aerials, listing campaigns, signage, and digital assets – delivering accurate, on‑brand work at speed in partnership with marketing, research, brokers, and other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and produces marketing materials including brochures, flyers, proposals/pitches, offering memoranda, e‑mail campaigns, invitations, presentations, maps, stacking plans, signage, aerials, etc.
  • Creates bespoke property‑level branding and materials (including logos, color/type systems, visual language) for select listings and developments to deliver custom, best‑in‑class marketing materials for clients.
  • Creates and redesigns existing drawings, brochures, floor plans, and site maps.
  • Produces on‑brand materials within corporate guidelines, using corporate brand standards and company templates as needed.
  • Proofreads copy for spelling, grammar and layout making appropriate changes, responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy to ensure materials are client‑ready.
  • Manages various assignments simultaneously.
  • Responsible for project management and tracking workflow, ensuring that jobs are completed in required time frames to client specifications. Keeps log and updates regarding various graphic design jobs and progress.
  • Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects.
  • Remains current in the Graphic Design industry; identifying new trends, techniques, shortcuts.
  • Possesses and properly uses knowledge of company policies regarding the company’s image and use of the company logo.
  • Ability to monitor, manage and execute on a variety of tasks and efforts at different stages of discovery, and execution; handles large request queue; and delivers in fast‑paced, deadline driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design, graphic arts, fine arts or multimedia, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years graphic design work experience in a corporate creative department, agency or design studio.
  • Specialized training in design software, (i.e. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) required.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • Superior organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to convey concepts and give design direction through layouts and effective written and verbal communication along with strong business and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work creatively in a team.
  • Ability to independently manage projects by establishing and managing project schedules.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short‑and long‑term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
