Stonetown Capital is a real estate investment and management firm specializing in manufactured housing and multi-family communities across the U.S. Our portfolio includes Cairn Communities and The Reserve Communities , two brands dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable housing solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our Denver-based team and support marketing initiatives across all brands.

Position Overview

The Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in the creation and development of creative and content, for both print and digital channels, to support marketing initiatives for Stonetown Capital brands. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with at least 3+ years of marketing experience , preferably in graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Reputation

  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and ensuring brand consistency
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media inquiries to maintain positive brand reputation

Content

  • Create compelling content for blogs, social media, flyers and print advertising, and digital ads
  • Support field teams with event materials, signage, and promotional assets

Brand Consistency & Field Support

  • Support property teams with customized marketing materials as needed
  • Create a library of creative materials and templates for company and field team use

Marketing Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain marketing collateral, ensuring accessibility for teams in a One Drive library and a Canva template library

Additional Responsibilities

  • Visit properties a few times a year to support marketing initiatives on-site
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketing best practices
  • Assist with other marketing-related projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience , preferably in graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (required)
  • Experience with social media management, digital advertising, and content creation (required)
  • Real estate, property management, or a related field experience (a plus)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel to properties a few times per year

Salary Range

$65k-$75k
