What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Build the CTV product vision and roadmap to serve diverse marketer types, including B2C and B2B segments
  • Conduct user research to understand targeting, creative, and measurement needs for CTV advertising
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements that prioritize customer value and scalability
  • Analyze performance to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and audience reach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of customers to new CTV features

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 5+ years of experience in product management specifically related to CTV or programmatic video advertising
  • Proven ability to capture and synthesize input from customers and stakeholders into a prioritized product roadmap
  • Strong cross-functional execution skills with experience working alongside Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
  • Technical aptitude for understanding CTV delivery mechanics and video ad infrastructure
  • Experience defining success metrics and applying data insights to product decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Previous involvement in AI-powered advertising or predictive optimization workflows
  • Experience with third-party integrations related to video advertising
