Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled UX Engineer with a strong background in Unity to join our cross-functional team. This role bridges the gap between design and development, ensuring that user experiences are intuitive, engaging, and technically sound. As a UX Engineer, you will work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create immersive, user‑centric interfaces and interactions. Your focus will be on building and refining UX flows using Unity, ensuring performance, usability, and visual quality.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience as a UX Engineer, Interaction Designer, or similar role in software development.
• Proficiency in Unity, with hands‑on experience building interactive UI/UX prototype within Unity environments (2D and 3D).
• Solid understanding of UX design principles, user psychology, and interaction design.
• Experience with UI frameworks in Unity such as Unity UI (uGUI), TextMeshPro, and Unity’s newer UI Toolkit.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
