Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure product protection during transit.
• Label packages correctly for shipment, verifying addresses and order details.
• Stage completed orders for outbound shipping carriers.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Operate manual material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, and potentially power equipment after training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety guidelines.
• Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, gloves, and eye protection, to ensure personal safety and compliance with logistics standards.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the logistics team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or related logistics role is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Proficient in basic math and with a strong attention to detail for order accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for meeting operational demands.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Commitment to safety and the proper use of PPE is mandatory.
