Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures.
- Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and staging.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock put-away.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and guidelines.
- Properly use all required PPE, such as safety shoes and gloves.
- Follow instructions for safe Lifting and handling of merchandise.
- Support the overall logistics and fulfillment operations with dedication and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
