Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from shelves for customer orders.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Operate various warehouse machinery safely and effectively.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and data entry.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear designated PPE at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency in logistics operations.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is advantageous.
- Capability to handle repetitive Lifting tasks, with items up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if required.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety practices.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
