Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
- Pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using various methods (scanning, pick lists).
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection and correct labeling.
- Process outgoing shipments, including preparing shipping documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and order pickers, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with logistics best practices.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets for order fulfillment.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock checks.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment center.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned, which may include lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of using PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
