Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Were looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Returns Specialist to join our team in New Braunfels, Texas, at Simpson Race Products. In this role, youll process and evaluate returned products, support customers and dealers, and help keep our operations running smoothly. If youre organized, hands-on, and enjoy working independently while contributing to a team environment, this position could be a great fit.

What Youll Do

• Process Daily Returns: Receive, check in, and accurately log all incoming returned merchandise.
• Inspect & Evaluate Products: Perform quality control checks to identify defects, damage, or non-compliance with company standards.
• Manage Return Records: Use our online systems to process returns, exchanges, and update inventory.
• Support Customers & Dealers: Provide daily assistance via email and phone to resolve return-related questions or issues.
• Repackage Items: Prepare merchandise for resale or redistribution by re-boxing and labeling.
• Perform Minor Repairs: Complete small repairs on helmets and other safety products as needed.
• Keep Accurate Documentation: Maintain thorough records of returns, customer details, and product conditions.
• Handle Inventory Transfers: Move products between warehouses and storage locations.
• Process Annual Dealer Returns: Assist with palletized shipments during dealer return cycles.
• Operate Equipment Safely: Use forklifts, elevator lifts, bailers, and other machinery as required.
• Shipping & Labeling: Create shipping labels for outgoing products and return labels for inbound items.
• Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay familiar with safety product specifications and features.
• Meet Daily Goals: Efficiently manage workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical Capability: Lift and move items weighing 50100 lbs regularly, with assistance.
