As a Teller, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional service to members through accurate and efficient transaction processing. This role involves handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances. Maintain and balance cash drawer throughout the day. Assist members in person and via drive-thru with inquiries and basic account needs. Refer members to other departments for specialized services when appropriate. Support branch operations such as opening/closing procedures and supply management. Participate in training and assist with onboarding new tellers. Qualifications
Must Have: High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly. Attention to detail and solid math skills for cash handling. Retail or service industry experience is a plus. Nice to Have: Previous teller or banking experience. Familiarity with cash handling and check processing. What We Offer
