WILX is the NBC affiliate for the Lansing, MI DMA Job Summary/Description: WILX is seeking an organized, meticulously detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our national sales accounts. This position will also assist with account management, including order entry, order management, post-buy analysis, client communication, and follow-up, along with all other duties associated with account management. Duties and responsibilities include assisting the National Sales Manager: Provide spot placement reports to agencies. Assist with Rate request reports. Assist with reconciliation/post-analysis of advertising buys. Accurate data entry of all national sales contracts. Confirmation of all national sales contracts. Assist with all political advertising contracts and FCC political file upkeep. Daily maintenance of all national contract revisions, additions, and cancellations. Daily make-good and preemption reconciliation. Daily management of make-good offers. Other responsibilities as assigned.
