Assembly Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Supervisor to join our team. The role involves working Friday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Monday from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. Initial training will occur on a standard first shift for one month, where you will shadow experienced staff to gain comprehensive knowledge. Responsibilities
Collaborate on write-ups for attendance and disciplinary actions as necessary. Manage and adjust employee schedules in response to call-ins and ensure shift coverage. Perform daily quality checks to verify the accuracy of parts and equipment settings. Oversee the pouching and labeling of products for shipment, ensuring compliance with standards. Understand and enforce clean room protocols, including cleaning procedures and attire regulations. Report production numbers and maintain hour-by-hour charts to track station output. Essential Skills
4 years of ERP system experience. Experience supervising 6-10 employees. Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a minimum of 1 year experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a clean room or medical device environment. Familiarity with UV Glue Machines. Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
