1st Shift - CNC Mill Machinist
As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating 2-3 CNC machines within your cell. You will work with CNC Mills, specifically setting up and operating Mori Seki and Doosan Mills, and will handle various tasks such as indicating parts during setup, working with Fanuc systems, and following blueprints and tooling instructions. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Mills, including Mori Seki & Doosan Mills. Indicate parts during the setup process. Work with Fanuc systems and interpret blueprints, tooling instructions, and work instructions. Operate multiple machines simultaneously. Responsible for documentation and editing programs. Complete tooling changes and compute data such as dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times. Collaborate with supervisors, programmers, engineers, and support teams to resolve problems. Rotate between various department work centers as required. Load and unload component piece parts up to 25 lbs. Why Work Here?
