CNC Mill Machinist
Perform mill machining tasks using Fanuc Controls with a tolerance of +/- 0.010 inches. While programming is not required, the ability to edit M&G codes is essential. Responsibilities include bench inspection, operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and utilizing various gauges such as air gauges, dial bore gauges, OD micrometers, and indicators. Cycle times for tasks may range from 5 minutes to 4 hours depending on the complexity of the part. Responsibilities: Operate CNC mill machines using Fanuc Controls. Ensure precision with a tolerance of +/- 0.010 inches. Edit M&G codes directly at the machine. Conduct bench inspections and operate a CMM. Utilize various gauges including air, dial bore, OD micrometers, and indicators. Perform own set-ups and adjustments at the machine. Essential Skills: Proficiency with Fanuc Controls. Ability to edit M&G codes. Experience with CMM operation. Knowledge of various gauges and precision measurement tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must have own tools and tool box.
