Powder Coating Supervisor Details: Temporary position $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) Supervise daily powder coating operations, including preparation, application, and curing of finishes. Lead and train the team, ensuring consistent quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards. Inspect finished products for quality, color consistency, and proper surface finish. Maintain equipment and materials, including scheduling preventative maintenance and managing inventory levels. Collaborate with other departments to meet production schedules and support continuous improvement initiatives. Powder Coating Supervisor Qualifications: 35 years of hands-on powder coating experience, including surface preparation, application, and curing. (Candidates with extensive supervisory or lead experience may succeed with 23 years of powder coating.) Strong knowledge of powder coating equipment and processes, including spray booths, curing ovens, and quality control. Supervisory or lead experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or trade training in finishing/manufacturing are a plus.
